The smell of Christmas is in my house courtesy of our amazing Home Depot tree and I am THRILLED! Our traditional drive to their parking lot is one that I have come to know and love. Seriously! We have picked out some great trees over these past 5 years and this year might be our best yet. :) Nothing like viewing row after row of bundled up trees and watching the Husband untie them letting them breathe! It doesn't hurt that this year we had a very special helper who found our trip to the lot pretty much the most awesome-est thing ever.I am doing my best to stifle my squeals of joy that the Christmas season is here and how excited I am that J is at an age where Christmas is a BIG deal. I'm doing my best to soak in EACH and every day with this little man who has inherited my love for Christmas trees.
My brain is literally running non-stop with all the plans and to-do lists that take over the month of Christmas. The thing that is ready to smack me in the face is Mr. J's 2nd birthday....
Tomorrow.

Still wishing that two wasn't such a big deal to me, but it is. The Husband just smiles. I know it's crazy. Regardless I'm taking tomorrow off to spend the day with my little man and hit up Eddie Papa's for his B-Day dinner celebration with the fam. What better way to celebrate your birthday than with cotton candy! Cheers!
